Small Business Executive Program: South Florida

Let us help you work on your business.

Created to be a world-class learning experience that accommodates the busy schedule of small business owners, the Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) is ideal for CEOs, entrepreneurs, presidents of small businesses, and immediate successors of businesses. You will emerge a stronger leader ready to capitalize on business opportunities, implement best practice management, and turn challenges into a strategic advantage. Thanks to our supporters, this program is offered at no cost to the accepted participants.

PALM BEACH OPERATIONS UPDATE:

In January 2022, the Jim Moran Institute made the difficult decision to suspend its Palm Beach Operations and close its office. Our Small Business and Nonprofit Executive Programs continue to be offered at our South Florida Operations headquartered in Broward County. Any individuals, regardless of their business location are welcome and eligible for our programs, including those residing in Palm Beach County and beyond.

“The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship program was comprehensive and addressed topics across every aspect of our small business. The lecturers provided practical consultations and networking in addition to the course content. I have implemented many aspects of the program, including online marketing, financial planning and evaluation, legal considerations, and overall business planning.”
